Five Restaurants in Paris that Cannot be Missed

Over the years, Paris has been a favorite destination of mine. From the quaint streets, endless museums and delicious bistros there is no shortage of things to do and eat here. There are a few places I always try to go to while there and you can read a little bit more about them below:

Holy Belly
This Australian style café serves the best breakfast in Paris. From sweet pancakes to savory hash browns this restaurant is a great way to start your day. Take note that there are now two locations on the same street as a result of their high demand!

Pink Mamma
This restaurant is now all over Instagram but with good reason. This multi-level Italian restaurant with gorgeous décor is perfect for any meal. If you are looking for authentic pizza or homemade limoncello this is the place to go.

Le Bistrot Paul Bert
Made famous thanks to Anthony Bourdain but even 5 years after my initial visit the food was just as impressive. Their menu changes daily but you can always count on the steak with peppercorn sauce to be a table favorite.

Frenchie
This tiny restaurant in an alleyway is truly a culinary experience. While it only has eight tables and offers a set menu, every course is a delicious work of art. Be sure to make a reservation far in advance.

L’Ami Jean
This is an authentic French café and that is evident based on the number of Parisians dining there as well. With an open kitchen, watching the chef prepare the courses with his staff was just as entertaining as the food was delicious.

While these restaurants are my current Paris top 5, one of my favorite things to do is simply stumble upon local cafes or grab some food to go and sit on the lawn of the Eiffel Tower and enjoy!
